GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Validity of General Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services performed by Telna, Inc. a company registered in the Province of Ontario, having a place of business at 20 Bay Street, 11th floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5J 2N8 ("Telna"), under the brand Boost Mobile owned by DISH Wireless L.L.C. ("Boost Mobile") in connection with prepaid eSIM selling.
This section defines various categories of individuals and entities who interact with Telna's pre-paid eSIM services for Boost Mobile ("Telna Services" or "Services"). Understanding these roles is crucial for interpreting the rights, obligations, and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions (T&C).
End Users: Individuals who use and interact directly with the Services for their personal use.
The term "Customer", as used throughout this document, will refer to any individual or entity engaging with Telna's Services, including End Users.
2. Description of Services
2.1. eSIM Services
The mobile services to you will be provided by us under Boost Mobile' brand.
Boost Mobile is licensed to facilitate Telna's provision of eSIM technology services. The Customer registers and buys eSIMs on Telna's Boost Mobile eSIM website https://www.boostesim.com (the "Website") and/or Telna's Boost Mobile eSIM App ("the App").
2.2. Registration for Using Boost Mobile Services
All Customers must accept these General Terms and Conditions to utilize Telna Services. During the registration process, the following information must be provided:
- For End Users: Personal information such as First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
Telna reserves the right to collect additional information as deemed necessary, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
2.3. Telna Engagements
Telna shall use reasonable endeavors to provide Customer quality service. However, Telna does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, safe, or fault-free service.
2.4. Customer Engagements
The Customer must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions, or actions that impair Telna's network. Breaches may result in suspension of services, during which all charges remain payable.
2.5. Device Compatibility
The Customer is responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Compatibility must be confirmed at checkout.
3. Start, Duration, and Termination of the Contract
The contract begins upon order completion. Activation of the eSIM is the Customer's responsibility. The contract terminates if no active data package exists or the eSIM is deleted.
4. Charges and Payment
4.1. Payment Conditions
Payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay. Payments are processed in USD or other supported currencies.
4.2. Charges for Use
All charges are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Business Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
5. Delivery
Purchased eSIMs will appear under the "My eSIMs" tab on the Website or App. A confirmation email will be sent with installation details.
6. Refund / Cancellation / Modification Policy
Customers may request a refund or replacement if the eSIM cannot be used due to a technical issue caused by Telna or Boost Mobile.
6.1. Refunds and Cancellation
6.1.1. Policies and Guidelines
- Refund requests must be made within five (5) days of purchase.
- Customer cooperation is required.
- No refunds for expired data packages.
- No compensation for unrelated charges.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases may be refused.
- No refunds for installed eSIMs.
6.1.2. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via the Website or by emailing support@telna.com.
6.2. Modification
eSIM packages are offered as-is and cannot be modified after purchase.
7. Liability and Warranty
Telna and Boost Mobile do not guarantee constant network availability and are not responsible for service interruptions.
8. eSIM Recycling Process and Activation
Customers must activate eSIMs within the specified time frame. Expired eSIMs cannot be reactivated.
9. Prices and Promotions
Promotional prices may apply for limited periods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

10. User Location Tracking
Telna and/or Boost Mobile may collect location data to improve services. Users consent by using the services and may control tracking via device settings.
11. Miscellaneous
The English version of these Terms prevails in case of discrepancies. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
